Support Plans
Supported Help Desk Seats- Desktop Computers/Laptop Computers 1-99 users
Basic Support includes support for common applications that are in use. The applications include Microsoft Applications, Adobe Reader, Email Clients,Web Browsers. 8 x 5 is Monday through Friday 8am to 5 pm support. 24 x 7 is 24hour 7 days a week.
Advanced Support includes support for Back Office, 3rd party apps, Home Grown, Accounting packages and just about everything else.
The fees for this service are per user.
