Avaya Agrees to buy Nortel Enterprise Unit

Today (07/20/2009) Avaya announced that Avaya has signed agreements with Nortel to purchase Nortel’s enterprise solutions business for US $ 475 Million. The agreements include the voice, data and government businesses.
